PV Bulletin Policies

Terms of Use

Effective date: August 27, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to PV Bulletin. By using the site, subscribing to digests, or accessing protected content, you agree to these terms.

Use of PV Bulletin

PV Bulletin provides pharmacovigilance, regulatory, device vigilance, safety, and compliance intelligence for professional informational use. You are responsible for deciding how, whether, and when to use any information provided through the service.

No Professional Advice

PV Bulletin does not provide legal, medical, regulatory, clinical, safety, pharmacovigilance, or compliance advice. Content is not a substitute for professional judgment, legal counsel, qualified regulatory review, medical review, internal SOPs, official regulator publications, or company-specific compliance processes.

Third-Party Sources and Intellectual Property

PV Bulletin monitors publicly available regulatory sources such as agency websites, official RSS or feed endpoints, and other publications made available by regulators, companies, and public bodies. Those source materials remain the property of their respective owners. PV Bulletin does not claim ownership of official regulator texts, labels, guidance documents, databases, logos, or trademarks.

PV Bulletin's summaries, classifications, role mappings, workflow tags, urgency scores, editorial briefs, and other enriched content are original derivative works created by PV Bulletin. You may not copy, scrape, resell, republish, or systematically redistribute PV Bulletin content except as expressly permitted in writing.

Regulator names and agency identifiers are used descriptively to identify the origin of public information. Use of those names does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or official status.

Automated Collection and Source Access

PV Bulletin uses automated tools to collect and process public regulatory information. We prefer official RSS or feed endpoints where available, apply conservative request rates, and attempt to respect applicable robots.txt rules and site access restrictions where feasible.

When direct access is blocked, we may use approved proxy or extraction services to retrieve public pages solely for monitoring and summarization. We do not attempt to bypass authentication, access non-public systems, or collect personal, patient-identifiable, or restricted data through the service.

We may remove, disable, or stop monitoring a source if required by law, a valid rights request, a change in source availability, or an update to our sourcing policy.

Accuracy and Source Verification

PV Bulletin may summarize, classify, enrich, or prioritize information from public sources, regulators, agencies, and other sources. Content may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, mistranslated, misclassified, or out of date.

Published briefs are short paraphrases intended for professional triage. They are not a substitute for reading the official source document. You must verify all important information against official source materials before taking action, submitting regulatory filings, updating labels, changing SOPs, making safety decisions, or communicating information internally or externally.

Subscription and Professional Use

Paid or trial access to PV Bulletin is provided for lawful professional monitoring and internal business use. Subscription does not create a compliance warranty, audit guarantee, or obligation for PV Bulletin to monitor every relevant regulatory change. Your organization remains responsible for its own regulatory, pharmacovigilance, quality, and legal obligations.

No Warranties

PV Bulletin is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PV Bulletin and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or business losses, including loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, regulatory opportunity, compliance status, or business interruption, arising from your use of or reliance on PV Bulletin content.

Your Responsibilities

  • Use PV Bulletin only for lawful professional purposes.
  • Do not submit patient-identifiable data, confidential case narratives, trade secrets, or restricted data.
  • Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape PV Bulletin, disrupt the service, or misuse content.
  • Maintain your own regulatory, legal, safety, and compliance review processes.
  • Use official regulator and source documents as the controlling reference.

Copyright and Takedown Requests

If you believe content on PV Bulletin infringes your copyright or other rights, send a notice to support@pvbulletin.com with sufficient detail to identify the material, the rights claimed, and your contact information. We will review good-faith notices and may remove or restrict access to disputed material while the matter is reviewed.

If you are a rights holder for an official source and prefer that PV Bulletin link to your publication without displaying derived summaries, contact us and we will review the request.

Accounts and Passwordless Access

PV Bulletin uses passwordless email OTP access. We do not ask users to create or store passwords for normal subscriber access. You are responsible for maintaining control of your work email account and access to any OTPs sent to that address.

Subscriptions and Email

By subscribing, you authorize PV Bulletin to send digest, confirmation, access, and service-related emails to your work email address. You may unsubscribe from digest emails, but we may still send transactional or security-related messages when necessary.

Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update PV Bulletin, change features, pause access, remove content, or modify these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
